I’m Maryam, a transition coach
Throughout my life, I’ve experienced many transitions—starting and ending a business, career changes, pregnancies and motherhood, divorce, remarriage, blending a stepfamily with two children, immigrating twice, adopting a healthy lifestyle, and becoming a marathon runner.
Change is what keeps me vibrant, makes life richer, and opens the door to new possibilities. Meanwhile, each transition brought difficult decisions, doubts, and uncertainty. Chaos always came first, making me question everything—but when I found the courage to move through it, the colors of my vision began to emerge

Therapy focuses on healing emotional pain and treating mental health conditions. Therapists often use a mix of clinical methods and explore past experiences. Coaching, on the other hand, is future-focused and action-oriented. I don’t diagnose or treat—my work is about helping you move forward, make aligned decisions, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want.
I usually recommend starting with a 10-session package. It gives us enough space to explore your goals deeply and build meaningful progress. After that, we can decide together what kind of continued support works best for you.
Not at all. You can bring any topic to coaching—personal, professional, or a mix of both. Even if your goal is work-related, your personal life often plays a big role. There are no limits on what we can talk about.
All sessions are held online via Google Meet, so you can join from anywhere. Each session is typically one hour long.
